Patricia is an experienced attorney who serves as an executive advisor, career empowerment coach, and authentic networking strategist. Through PVH Consulting Group, LLC, a strategy consulting and leadership development firm she founded, Elizabeth supports executive-level leaders. She empowers professionals to uplevel their careers during professional and leadership transitions by creating personalized career plans and strengthening professional networks. As a 25-year veteran of the legislative and policy arena, Patricia has served as a respected policy advisor to executive leadership in governmental, private, and nonprofit organizations. She also served as the first African American and female vice-chancellor in the Texas State University System. Patricia is committed to issues affecting education, child abuse prevention, workforce development, and women’s empowerment. She is immediate past chair of the Community Advancement Network and the Greater Austin Black Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of Opening Central Texas for Business Task Force and a board member of the Survive2Thrive Foundation. She is on the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of the Girl Scouts of Central Texas and is a community ambassador for the Texas Book Festival.
