The Creative Executive helps growing or in-transition companies level-up quickly through large-scale coaching engagements. Our coaches and facilitators work with your executive teams either as a group or an individual basis to hone their individual and collective competencies, leadership styles, and executive presence. The foundation of our work is cultivating alignment around vision and organizational culture. Everything we do is grounded in a leadership lens, focusing on five core attributes: growth, people, integrity, strategy, and results.

Our coaches also work with individual executives ready to invest in their careers and themselves. The Creative Executive values matching the right coach for each project and coaching engagement.

For organizations who want a more comprehensive, long-term partnership, The Creative Executive designs organization-or-department-wide people development programs created specifically for your organization. Companies who want to scale their leadership across the organization, align expectations and purpose vertically, and implement a new cultural vision, appreciate collaborating with our diverse team of coaches and facilitators to offer dynamic programming to their unique and multifaceted workforce. 

The initial phase for our leadership programs is a collaborative discovery process about your business vision, culture, and strategy and typically includes 360 Assessments. These engagements can last six months to a year or longer, where our team partners with you to implement the program, track the progress of your efforts, and report on the results.
